Autumn Adult Ballet Intensive

Immerse yourself in the world of ballet this Easter Monday at the Dragonfly Dance Adult Ballet Intensive.
The program will be a full day of workshops focussing on different elements of ballet, including:
1. An hour ballet barre to start the day and get you warm
2. Several 30-45 minute sessions giving you the chance to deep dive into different elements of ballet, including port de bras / adage, turns, pointe/demi pointe, and allegro
3. A 90 minute workshop, where you choose either:
- partnering workshop (learn partnering techniques and a short duet), or
- ballet variation workshop (the ballet and variation will be announced soon)
At the end of the day, join us for a wind down session to chat with other participants, and enjoy some nibbles and drinks at the studio.
