Ever since ancient times, breath has been a central practice in many sacred spiritual rituals and traditions, acts as a bridge between spirit, mind, and body and a link between the conscious and the subconscious.Join me for an online journey deep into the body and your consciousness simply by trusting in and using your breath to guide you through.
This journey will be completely facilitated by me to support you in prepping your Breathwork space before easing into a somatic mediation designed to relax your mind and body and allow your nervous system enough time to shift over into the para-sympathetic state, ready for the connected breathing.
From here we will enjoy two expanded journeys within, driven by your breath and supported by my guidance and voice. We will have plenty of time afterward to share and debrief your experience, ask any questions you may have or simply to sit and listen whilst you integrate the journey.
Zoom link and password will be included in your ticket confirmation and also sent to you prior to the session.
BREATHWORK IS NOT SUITABLE FOR: those with cardiovascular problems, severe hypertension, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, acute respiratory illness, epilepsy, glaucoma or those having had recent surgery or fractures.
