Come on a journey through Burgundy, from Chablis in the North through to Beaujolais in the South – distance of about 230 km’s.
You will discover the charms of Chardonnay and the Holy Grail of Pinot Noir. We will discuss labelling and the ‘terroir’ (coming together of geology, climate and variety) of the region and focus on the Appellations throughout Burgundy.
You will taste a range of seven wines from Regional AOP to Premier Cru AOP level.
There will be shared cheese boards at each table.
