Vital Dance Experience - Gentle Seated Dance Class

Part of the global Dance for Parkinson’s program, our Vital Dance classes inspire, support and empower participants to move. The classes take participants through a range of gentle movements and dancers can choose to remain seated should they prefer.
This experience will be co-facilitated by Deeper than Dancing film star Ivor, and include live cello accompaniment by Rike Wolf.
