While Julie has been quite open about her struggles in the past, in this book, for the first time, she is courageously opening up about her own battle in a way she never has before, in the hopes her honesty will help anyone else who is struggling with their own mental health.
Julie will be appearing in-conversation with celebrity Chef Adrian Richardson, “Maestro of Meat” from the new Maestro Geelong restaurant at the Holiday Inn Geelong. With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and as star of the Ten Network’s Good Chef, Bad Chef, Adrian will bring a wealth of experience both in the kitchen and in front of the cameras to this conversation.
