Led by facilitators with extensive experience, this workshop provides you with evidence-based tools and techniques to make a significant impact in group facilitation.
Observe your facilitators modelling group facilitation, and practise techniques in a safe, supportive and caring environment.
This workshop will give you the knowledge and skills to design, plan and facilitate small group training that aligns with adult learning principles and fosters a respectful partnership between facilitator and participant.
