This 4-day Level 2 MST workshop will build upon your knowledge to explore stretching joint capsules (ie. people complaining about tight hips), in addition to more assessments and techniques to free up the fascial tissue in and around muscles and organs, and problem solving, as well as more correctives for clients to continue to see results. Focus is also on downregulating and upregulating the nervous system.
