The 2024 CSANZ Cardiac Devices Masterclass for Allied Professionals & Nurses provides small
group and hands-on learning. The Masterclass course sets out to improve patient outcomes in
Australia and New Zealand through the provision of educational sessions on complex issues
around CIED implantation and follow up. The target audience includes all cardiac physiologists
and allied professionals involved in the management of patients with CIEDs. Based on feedback
from 2023, this year’s course will incorporate a new case-based session. The hands-on practical
session received universally positive feedback in 2023 and will be included again in 2024 –
giving an opportunity for direct interaction between delegates and sponsors.
