FIREARM SAFETY COURSE (A/B) @ KYNETON
About
Successful completion of the Firearm Safety Course is required to apply for a Category A/B Victorian Firearm Licence.The course is approximately 2.5 hours long and covers
• Sections of the Victorian Firearms Act 1996
• The Firearms Safety Code
• Safe firearms handling principles

After the course you do a 2 part multiple choice test.
• Part A - Firearm Safety: 30 questions, you must have at least 28 of the 30 correct, including all 7 mandatory questions.
• Part B - Firearm Law: 10 questions, all must be answered correctly.
If you do not pass the test, you will not receive a certificate and must re-sit the test at a later date.
