Healing at Home Workshop
About
Healing at Home is a course I’ve developed for anyone who would like to take a proactive approach to self-healing.This course will cover multiple topics and common ailments that you’re likely to encounter in your daily lives and provide you with tools and techniques that you can use on yourself and your family to aid in overcoming such illnesses like colds/flus, stomach aches and fatigue.
Topics that will be covered
· Head and Chest/Respiratory – including eyes and ears
· Body, Mind and Emotions – fatigue; skin; hormones; memory; insomnia; emotional distress
· Digestion – Stomach; bowels; urinary.
Each topic will be broken down into
· a brief overview from a Chinese Medicine (CM) perspective
· pattern identification using CM principles
· treatment methods using acupressure and tapping
· qi gong; sound and movement; breathing techniques
· incorporating relevant foods and recipes
Course Cost - $200 includes light lunch and course notes
