Motor City Sounds @ The George Hotel - June 21st
Motor City Sounds return to the George to play two big sets of your favourite Motown & Soul classics. Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding, The Temptations, The Supremes and many more...
This 10-piece band bring together amazing musicians with a wealth of experience in the industry. Performances include Memo Music Hall in St.Kilda, Melbourne's Soul a Go-Go, The Spotted Mallard, Ballarat Mechanics Institute, White Night (Ballarat & Melbourne) and backing band for The Merindas at Crown Casino, to name just a few.
As a special treat, MCS will be joined by Ballarat & Clarendon band, "Feet". This talented group of Year 11 & 12 students will be performing a 30-minute set to kick off the evening.
Dancing shoes are recommended as this band brings an incredible energy to their performance!
Please note: There is limited seating, allocated on a "first in, first served" basis. You'll be too busy dancing to sit down anyway!
