Silverchain is hosting a series of interactive CPD sessions to support integrated care across hospital, home, and community.Join our health care experts to learn how to prepare your patients and their families for palliative care, understand system supports and symptom control, what services and resources are available, and the best referral pathways. This free accredited session provides 1.5 CPD hours and includes buffet dinner and refreshments.
