Wild Out West 2025 event dates: Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 May 2025Please note that by purchasing a table you are also committing to attending the VIP Meet and Greet on Saturday evening from 6pm-9pm.
Refund policy: Due to financial commitments, unless the event is cancelled by the organisers there will be no refunds for table fees.
To secure your place, your booking must be complete by 5pm AWST on 15 May 2024.
Your table booking fee ($385 AUD + processing fees) will include:
- One ticket (author or main business owner) for the VIP meet and greet on Saturday (this includes canapes and two drinks)
- Full table for the signing event on Sunday including black tablecloth and two chairs
- One assistant ticket for Sunday
- Table goodie bag on Sunday
- Lunch for author and assistant on Sunday
