About
Mr. Brian Leedman, our Masterclass speaker, shares his knowledge on navigating a company through an ASX listing to a successful exit. An MBA graduate of UWA and a distinguished past president of the Graduate Management Association of University of Western Australia, he holds the honour of being an inaugural Life Member.Brian is a seasoned professional in investor relations and capital raising within healthcare and has a background in senior marketing roles at Ernst & Young and Westpac Bank.
For over a decade, Brian served as Vice President of Investor Relations for pSivida Corp., listed on the Nasdaq, Frankfurt and ASX. He co-founded and successfully listed five healthcare companies on the ASX. Notably, ResApp Health, a digital healthcare venture he co-founded in 2015, was acquired by Pfizer in September 2022.
Today, Brian is the Chairman of BlinkLab, a digital healthcare startup from Princeton University that listed on the ASX in April 2024.
