Your Way Psychology invites you to attend a one day Nature Based Workshop combining the therapeutic approach of Behavioral Therapy and Nature Therapy.

Tricia, our psychologist with over 25 years of experience, will be delighted to share with you her Nature based Behavioural Bush Therapy.

This program will teach you skills that will assist you with improving your well-being and encourage your connection with nature.
