This session will focus on the Protocols for Mitigating Cladding Risk (PMCR) and what the Minister’s Guideline 15 (MG-15) means for owners corporation managers and building owners dealing with combustible cladding in Victoria. 

Overview: The PMCR, developed by CSV on behalf of the Victorian Government, aims to systematically address the risks associated with combustible cladding on Class 2 and Class 3 buildings. The webinar will cover how the Cladding Remediation Partnership Program aids councils and building owners through this process, emphasizing the assessment and mitigation procedures outlined in the guidelines.
