Every mushroom farm around the world is different. Mr Brown & Towns are excited to give you a look into the ways in which a Tasmanian urban mushroom farm operates. We will walk you through the all the different stages of the mushroom growing process, you will learn how we pasteurise and inoculate our fruiting blocks, get to see the incubation room, followed by a tour of the fruiting room itself.
