The festival begins with an invitation only luncheon for drovers and their partner/carer on Friday held in the Droving Heritage Centre followed with a march past, auction of donated items, ringers challenge and entertainment. The Drover’s Camp site, 1 km east of Camooweal is where all the activities happen - music, poetry, photography & whip cracking competitions, bronco branding, stalls, concert Saturday night, meet and yarn with an old drover. Catering/bar available
