Boost Your Speed and Become a More Agile Athlete This July!

The Ivanhoe Edge Speed & Agility Holiday Program is designed to help young athletes elevate their running mechanics, form, speed, and overall technique.

What We'll Cover:

• Drills and exercises to improve running efficiency and speed
• Techniques for sharp changes of direction and agility maneuvers
• Optional use of force decks and timing gates to track progress

Who Should Attend:

This program is perfect for any young athlete looking to become faster, more responsive, and dominate on the field!

What to Bring:

• Activewear
• Good running shoes
• Water bottle

Important Information:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Staff will meet participants in the foyer of the Sport and Aquatic Centre.
• Parking is available via Russell Street underground carpark with easy access to the Centre.
• Please complete the force decks and timing gates consent form before your session (link to form sent once booking is confirmed).

• 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Session 1 - Juniors (8-12 years)
• 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Session 2 - Rookies (12-14 years)
• 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Session 3 - Teens (14+ years)

Thursday, 11 July

• 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Session 4 - Juniors (8-12 years)
