EFT in Action - Workshop 3 - 29 September 2024
Getting the most out of two-chair dialogue work
The two-chair dialogue task where different parts of self are put in chairs to facilitate a dialogue between them, is a core task in EFT. It can be a powerful and transformative as well as setting the scene for deeper change processes. However, at different points in the task, from marker identification to task initiation and to the deepening phase, there can be a number of challenges and hurdles that risk limiting its effectiveness if not derailing the task altogether. This workshop will give you an opportunity to bring your own experiences of performing the task and any concerns that it may have raised.
