Our recent sustainable housing tour was very popular and created so much discussion, that we're running a sustainable house mini-workshop/ discussion to provide the opportunity for more people to get involved. The event will suit anyone contemplating building or renovating, or is interesting in generally improving housing in the Huon Valley. We will bring in experts on housing climate resiliency and energy efficiency, but we also want to hear your views. This is an opportunity to build a network of interest and plan initiatives aimed at future improvements, whether in building or planning legislation and regulation, share-buys of energy efficiency technologies - or other! We'll begin with a recap of the respective strengths of the four buildings visited on the recent tour, before moving onto a broader discussion.
