This hands-on six-hour croissant crafting workshop with internationally experienced pastry chef and BITA trainer Martin Schett will expose you to techniques that will help you master the art of the perfect croissant. Martin will demonstrate how to produce a traditional butter croissant and laminated Viennoiserie pastries, unique decoration techniques, modern shapes and flavours.Places are limited. (Minimum 6 participants, Maximum 12 participants ) NOTE: Under 6 participants the class will be cancelled and money refunded.
