About

Happy Hour isn’t your average meditation class! Lay back on super-comfy full-body cushions, wrap yourself in a cosy blanket, pop on an eye pillow... then settle in for an hour of pure relaxation. You’ll be taken on a journey of deep restoration, through guided meditation & group Reiki healing to ignite the flow of energy through the body and rebalance the 7 chakras. Drift deeper into relaxation, with the addition of sound bowls and other instruments woven throughout the meditation. Bookings essential. Please note - Tickets are non-refundable.
