About
The Grainger Wind Symphony presents a concert Echoes of Time. It is a journey through classical masterpieces Pictures At An Exhibition by Mussorgsky, Overture 1812 by Tchaikovsky, Bolero by Ravel, and arias by Donizetti and Gounod, and setting of the folk melodies of the Australian composer Percy Grainger. To lead you through this journey, we welcome Yoshinao Osawa a guest and professional conductor from Japan, Brian S. Wilson a guest conductor and composer from the USA, Stephen Coutts a tenor vocalist based in Melbourne along with Music Director Roland Yeung and Associate Conductor Shane Walterfang. Brian will conduct the world premiere of his work Lord Maxwell's Goodnight. You will enjoy these classical masterpieces presented by passionate musicians.Location
