Informal, student-led well-being sessions run by trained university student mentors.Activities may include social games, relaxation exercises, as well as opportunities to chat with a mentor on the day. Drop-in sessions will last approximately 1-2 hours and will be located in the library. Sessions will run from week 6 of semester on a weekly basis. There is no obligation to stay for the duration of the session and students can leave at any time.
The sessions will run on the following days: Thursdays and Fridays (in-person at the library, 12pm-2pm).
