New Growers Webinar: Episode 2-Determining Site Possibilities and Needs, with Craig Scott and Jeremy SmithWed 7 August, 5:30-6:30pm
Join us for Episode 2 of WildFlowers Australia’s New Grower’s Webinar. The series is designed to help new growers feel more informed as they plan and manage their farms.
Episode 2 features Craig Scott, expert grower and well-loved Sydney Market wholesaler speaking with Jeremy Smith, leading horticulture instructor and consultant, and also a long-time wildflower grower. They will discuss some of the primary considerations as you develop your farm site including what grows in your region, knowing your environment and soil, infrastructure needs and requirements for labour and other specialist expertise. The episode will be streamed from Jeremy’s farm on the NSW Central Coast, providing specific examples of what might be needed. Questions will be welcome from the audience.
