We will share the key findings of the recently conducted study on reuse data in New South Wales. This webinar will provide valuable insights for all Australian State Governments on the value and importance of recording and reporting this data, and for NSW councils on how to leverage this information to accelerate reuse initiatives.The reuse sector in NSW significantly contributes to sustainable development by generating economic value, creating jobs, supporting community programs, and achieving considerable environmental benefits. The NSW Reuse Data Study – an initiative of Charitable Reuse Australia in partnership with, and funding from, NSW EPA, adopted the National Reuse Measurement Guidelines from Monash University to quantify this reuse activity and associated impacts. Rawtec was engaged to conduct the research, supported by expert advisors, a survey support team, and a Project Working Group comprised of representatives from several reuse organisations across NSW.
