Disco Physio is a 45 min class run by Dave Hall (Physiotherapist, Facilitator and Silent Disco host).
The class accommodates any fitness level.
It is a zany blend of fitness, disco vibes, core strength, stretching and fun - all conducted in headphones with music and instruction.
This class is the new indoor class starting at Melb City Baths in July 2024
