National Science Week Event: Our Invisible Universe

Designed for STEM Educators 🛰️
What do neutrinos, bananas and an underground gold mine in Victoria have in common? They are all helping us to chase down dark matter... one of the most mysterious substances in our universe! Luckily, Australian researchers are using the smallest particles to solve our biggest mysteries yet.
Designed for STEM educators, this workshop features talks from experts in space, dark matter and quantum research. Participants will get the chance to explore a showcase of simple hands-on demonstrations and activities for the classroom. Educators can also explore the space gallery, mission control and more at the Australian Space Discovery Centre.
