Delivered by Jesuit Community College. In this course you will learn how to safely handle, prepare and store food to avoid contamination
and food-borne illnesses.
Upon successful completion of the course you will:
• Receive a statement of attainment for SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety
• Understand safe and hygienic food practices
• Understand Work Health and Safety procedures in kitchens
