About
First Moon Circles are empowering and fun events that provide children aged 9+ with an holistic, positive, and inclusive education on the menstrual cycle, puberty, and cycle self-care.We'll have snacks and craft together while talking about the physical & emotional changes to expect during puberty, the menstrual cycle, anatomy, body positivity, sisterhood & self care, and we'll include mums at the end to share their wisdom too.
You'll go home with your crafted creations, a comprehensive booklet including everything we cover in the session, and some extra confidence and excitement for what's to come!
