We are seeing a shift towards increasing sustainability conversations, with consumers becoming more aware and selective about the businesses they support. Small businesses are uniquely positioned to take advantage of this shift.

How can small businesses integrate sustainability into their operations in a way that is both environmentally and financially sustainable?

Join us to hear from sustainability educator Mariyam Sayers as she explores how businesses can incorporate sustainable practices, engage loyal customers, and differentiate themselves from competitors.

About the presenter

Mariyam Sayers is the founder of kandu sustainability, a platform that provides accessible education and tools for small and medium enterprises. Prior to establishing kandu, she worked with some of the world's largest emitters in aviation, mining and transport to meet their environmental obligations and reporting. 

With more than 10 years' expertise in environmental compliance and ISO standards, Mariyam is dedicated to democratising sustainability knowledge. She also teaches as Monash University, focusing on innovation for impact and carbon strategies.
