Chef-owner Phil Wood loves teaching people how to cook and will give a boutique French cooking demonstration on Monday 5 August. Begin with a glass of Champagne and a canapé, before learning how to cook bouillabaisse, prepare the perfect Paris mash and make a salad vinaigrette.Sit down with Phil after the lesson and enjoy the dishes that you have just learnt to cook, together with a well-earned glass of wine. This is a rare opportunity to learn from one of Australia’s best chefs, and is strictly limited to 12 people.
