Please join us in the new endeavor to promote health and wellbeing within our community.Emerald Medical group will host a free educational session on a different health topic every last Wednesday of each month.
In October, we will focus on Mental Health with our local Psychologist Natalie Chaplin from Complete Psychological Care.
Good mental health is essential for living a happy, fulfilling life. It impacts everything from our emotional state to our physical health and relationships. Book your free spot now to come along and gain valuable insight on how we can implement strategies to increase our own mental health as well as those around us. At Emerald Medical Group, we understand the waitlists involved in seeing specialists can be very long. In attempt to breach the waitlist gap, we are hosting specialists group talks/sessions to provide some strategies for individuals whilst they wait to see their specialist.
Afternoon refreshments will be available to all guests.
