In this program we offer a complete ACADEMY program for CLUB players wanting to develop in the off season.
E1 - 8/9yrs
Players born 2015 and 2016
Time 4.30-6pm
E2 - 10yrs
Players born 2014
Time 4.30-6.30pm
E3 - 11/13yrs
Players born 2013, 2012, 2011 (ages split)
Time 4.30-6.30pm
This program will include the following;
✭ 9 x 2hr training sessions (90min for 8/9yrs)
✭ Elite coaches
✭ Strong Development training program
✭ Oct - Dec program
✭ 9 x Face to face development sessions
✭ Training shirt
✭ Sports mindset program
✭ 9 week unlimited access to our home training programs
✭ Training journal
✭ 1 x Sports nutrition session (Sunday session combined with Sport communication)
✭ 1 x Sport communication session
