We're turning 50 in September!

NVC Group is a not for profit charity that started here in the Nambucca Valley. In 1973, if you were in need of aged care services, you would have been forced to leave the region you loved to find them. So, a determined group of locals decided they needed a community-owned aged care facility that was run by the people for the people.

After many public meetings, hard work and endless fundraising, what is now known as NVC Group Ltd., was created in 1974 with the first aged care facility, Autumn Lodge, built in Nambucca Valley. The vision of these volunteers would have an impact on the entire community for the next fifty years.

NVC Group now offers aged care, lifestyle living and home care services, education training, and a medical centre that serve our community which extends from Coffs Harbour to Kempsey and Macleay Valley.
