About
This performance program will offer the opportunity to elevate your skills in a performance environment. This program will run before Sapphire/Ruby trials and is designed to prepare players in a performance environment for those trials.With International coach and player and now Elevate Performance Manager, Cat Tuivaiti will be leading the sessions and a team of expert coaches, you can expect the program to deliver quality education.
Session is capped at low numbers.
This is a 5 week program and each session is 2hrs.
