GarryLee and Luke Geha Quartet – Inter-generational Jazz.

Incorporating fundraising for the Association of Walking Football Australia (AWFA). Garry and Luke both share a passion for jazz and football.Garry Lee has been leading bands since 1969 and even from the outset his aim was to play jazz. Pianist Luke Geha and tenor saxophonist Josh Parker have both studied at WAAPA following jazz tuition at Hale School with Garry when they were in Yr10/11/12. Both are superb young jazz musicians who are at the very beginning of their careers. With Garry on vibraphone and guitar the quintet will be rounded out with Isaac Reynold bass]and Callum Thompson drums. Jazz Fremantle will serve as a fundraiser for Association of Walking Football Australia (AWFA) that is hosting the 2nd Asia Pacific Walking Football Cup at Sam Kerr Football Centre over the last weekend of August. Garry was recently selected to represent Australia in the Walkaroos – the national team for players Over 70 years.
