Welcome to our capacity-building workshop focused on personalised cropping strategies!Variability of yields and cropping revenue are common features of farm businesses. Across New South Wales, variable rainfall and drought are important drivers of this variability.
This workshop will improve your capacity to develop personalised cropping strategies that are both drought-resilient and profitable. The workshop will enable you to use the digital Agricultural Risk Management toolkit ARMonline (www.armonline.com.au) to compare the performance of alternative cropping strategies. The process allows you to develop your own personal learnings based on the specific circumstances of your farm enterprise.
Target audience: The workshop targets farmers, agronomists, consultants and further stakeholders involved in broadacre farming. It does not consider livestock or horticulture production systems.
