About
Hysteria runs rampant in Puritan Salem, Massachusetts. A group of young girls and a slave were found dancing in the woods and conjuring spells. After one of the girls falls ill, the town suspects it is the work of the devil and local witches. However, all is not what it seems. John Proctor, a local farmer, suspects that the local witchcraft is not witchcraft at all, but the invention of a scorned teenage girl.
