To celebrate the vibrant Irish & Celtic Music Festival in Yass, come and discover the fascinating stories of early Yass Valley residents from Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Share their triumphs, secrets and misfortunes while strolling amongst their headstones.This guided 90 minute walking tour will be conducted by volunteers from the Yass & District Historical Society.
Please note: the ground at the cemetery is uneven and not suitable for strollers or those with mobility issues. Please wear sturdy footwear and bring sun protection and water.
Toilets are not available at the Old Yass cemetery, however there is a composting toilet available nearby at the Yass Lawn Cemetery.
