Navigate MS: Living Well with a New Diagnosis of MS
With the right information, tools and strategies you can live well with a diagnosis of MS. Navigate MS is a two-part online program facilitated by an MS nurse, specifically designed for people within the first two years of diagnosis. This small group, online facilitated course is an opportunity to learn and ask questions, and will support you to build confidence in managing your MS, and connect with others on a similar journey.
Sessions are held one week apart, and it’s recommended to attend both, as each covers different topics. Each session is delivered live and not recorded.
Across the two sessions, we'll cover:
- Understanding MS including relapses, symptoms, treatments and management
- Navigating the health system, and learning about supports and services available to you
- Discover practical strategies and tips from an experienced MS Nurse
- Building resilience and adjusting to live with MS
- Have the chance to ask questions and share experiences with others at a similar stage
Format: Two live sessions (1 hour each), held one week apart
Platform: Online via Microsoft Teams
Cost: Free
Please note: The program is free, and places are limited, so early registration is recommended.
