In our event we work from a structure, but we will let things happen in a flow
We will start in a circle , having our little cacao ceremony . We let it follow through our body. feel, taste, smell ed.
After that we explain the benefits of embodied movement
All my events end always in a yoga nidra this time accompanied with life music. The yoga nidra brings you to a state of balance. The place where you do life well.
This is a none alcohol and none smoke event.
