I will introduce you to several proven ways to improve your sleep - even in difficult and challenging circumstances. We will first discuss aspects of sleep hygiene that can affect your wellbeing, and then address your individual circumstances - both in an online session, and in an email follow up conversation.
As a bonus, I will also introduce you to a few interesting techniques to manage and improve your dreams. When you spend up to third of your life with your eyes shut you want it to be not just relaxing and restful but also exciting and fun.
