Our Labour and Birth class is designed to thoroughly prepare you for the exciting journey ahead. This comprehensive session covers:

• Labour and Birth: Understand the stages of labour and what to expect during the birth process.
• Pain Relief Options: Explore various pain relief methods available to help manage discomfort during labour.
• Induction of Labour: Learn about the reasons and processes involved in inducing labour.
• Caesarean Section: Get detailed information about what a caesarean section involves and when it may be necessary.
• Instrumental Deliveries: Understand the types of instrumental deliveries and their potential use.

Additionally, the session includes a virtual maternity tour, offering a glimpse into the facilities and what you can expect when you arrive at the hospital.

Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, confident, and ready as you approach your birth experience.

How to Book Your Classes

To ensure you get the most out of our classes, we recommend booking them to attend when you are around 34 weeks pregnant. Each session requires advance booking and is valid for you and one support person.

Once you complete your booking, you will receive details on how to attend the class, whether it’s the location for face-to-face sessions or the online link for virtual classes.

A $10 booking deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit will be fully refunded when you attend the event.

Unable to Attend? Here’s What to Do

If you’re unable to attend a booked session, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else.
