Breastfeeding is a vital aspect of your baby’s early development and can be an enriching experience for both you and your little one. To help you prepare, we offer a comprehensive class designed to cover:

• Expressing and Storing Breastmilk: Understand the best practices for expressing, storing, and handling breastmilk to ensure it remains safe and nutritious.
• Sleep & Settling Techniques: Discover effective strategies to help your baby (or babies) develop healthy sleep habits and settle into a comfortable routine.

Our class is facilitated by experienced midwives who are dedicated to providing you with the knowledge and confidence you need for a successful breastfeeding journey

One ticket is valid for you and x1 support person.

How to Book Your Classes

To ensure you get the most out of our classes, we recommend booking them to attend when you are around 34 weeks pregnant. Each session requires advance booking and is valid for you and one support person.

Once you complete your booking, you will receive details on how to attend the class, whether it’s the location for face-to-face sessions or the online link for virtual classes.

Unable to Attend? Here’s What to Do

If you’re unable to attend a booked session, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else.
