A Retreat in and of Nature

Unlike any other workshop, this experience unfolds in harmony with the land. We will gather under shady trees, sit in circle by the fire, wade in the lake, and embrace the warmth of the sun. The very elements that sustain life will serve as our teachers:

🔥 Fire: We will sit by the fire each evening, delving into the heat element of birth—its transformative power, its intensity, and its role in emotional and physical preparation.
💦 Water: We will explore the amniotic essence of life in the sauna and by the lake, immersing ourselves in its gentle embrace as we reflect on fluidity, surrender, and the flow of birth.
