Come together into a space where teenagers come together to learn about how the ADHD brain is different, and structuring ideas to set up home and school life for how their brain works. Run by Sandhya Menon, she will combine her lived experience as an AuDHDer to create an engaging workshop - with breaks! - as well as clinical experience as a developmental psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting young ADHDers to thrive.In this 2 hour workshop, we'll be covering:

- Executive functioning differences
- Developing self-compassion for differences
- Executive function supports
