About
This hands-on five-hour sourdough workshop with qualified baker and BITA trainer Chris Hurford will expose you to the finer side of pre-fermented / sourdough bread making. Including Ciabatta, Turkish Bread, Focaccia, and Sourdough attendees will witness the whole process including mixing, shaping, proving, scoring, and baking. Chris will demonstrate the tools of the trade and professional artisan techniques for baking a successful pre-fermented loaf, while experimenting with various grain, flour, and flavour combinations.Places are limited. (Minimum 6 participants, Maximum 12 participants ) NOTE: Under 6 participants the class will be cancelled and money refunded.
