Cancellation policy. There is a $ 100.00 admin fee for cancellations received by email by 5 pm, 30 days prior to event. Refunds are not possible after this date, regardless of personal circumstances. This is not negotiable. You can transfer your registration IN FULL to another suitable person by writing to: training@insiteconsulting.com.au If you can only attend part of the training, the remainder CANNOT be transferred to another person.
